Delivery Information

We want to make sure our stock reaches you safely and with ease. Because every piece we sell is unique in shape, size, and weight, delivery is arranged individually.

Local Delivery (within 20 miles of Crawley, West Sussex)

• Free personal delivery on all orders within 20 miles of our shop.

• Orders are processed within 48 hours and we’ll be in touch to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Extended Local Delivery (up to 2 hours from our shop)

• For addresses beyond 20 miles but within a 2-hour drive of our shop, we personally deliver using our van.

• Delivery charges will be agreed before purchase based on distance and item size.

UK Nationwide Delivery

• For addresses outside our local area, we work with trusted specialist couriers experienced in handling unique furniture and decorative pieces.

• Delivery costs are quoted individually depending on the size, weight, and destination of your item.

International Shipping

• Available on request. Please contact us for a tailored shipping quote before purchase.

• Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, or taxes.

Collection in Person

• You’re welcome to collect directly from our shop in Bolney, West Sussex by appointment. We’ll be happy to help with loading.
