Black leather and tubular steel 
This was inherited from a gentlemen called Chico Offaril, A latin Jazz composer writing for the likes of Dizzy Gillespie, Count Base and many more. He passed away in the 90's and left the chair to my client to sell on. The chair was sent to a famous auctioneers in London to ascertain wether or not it was an original Marcel Breur Wassilly chair. Although unmarked they believe it to be so.
